        Using Biodiesel in your Car

As a general rule of thumb, diesel vehicles built between 1994 and 2004 can be weened onto 100% biodiesel.  Vehicles built after 2004 can only take a 50% mix of biodiesel with 50% diesel.  Fuel filters should be changed more regularly when running on biodiesel and bio diesel made of waste cooking oil
will freeze in the winter unless mixed with
regular forecourt diesel.  Car manufacturers to
have approved the use of Biodiesel include VW,
Audi, Skoda and Seat.
